CDL Class A Drivers - Easton, PA
Full-Time, hourly position. The primary function of the driver is to operate a tractor-trailer over distances between the Company facility and customer locations which include retail pet stores, veterinary clinics, animal grooming boutiques, etc. Drivers are responsible for unloading materials at each delivery stop either by use of a manual or electric pallet jack or by hand unloading/carrying individual items to a designated location within the customer site. Our delivery market includes PA, VA, MD, DE, DC, NJ, NY, WV. Four day work weeks, no weekends, no holidays. Must be able to work overtime. Good hourly starting rate with the potential for a rate increase after 90 days based upon performance. Paid accommodations and meal allowance for overnight routes. No hazmat, no doubles. Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience and a good driving record. High school diploma is required. Drivers are subject to hours of service regulations and other standards set by United States Department of Transportation (DOT).

Truck Drivers CDL Class B & C - Easton, PA
Hourly Wages. A minimum of one year experience Responsibilities: Operate company owned and leased 24' Class B&C straight trucks to facilitate shipping operations. Operate trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of pet food/pet supplies. Make timely deliveries to customer sites (retail stores, kennels, veternarians and agricultural businesses). Handle customer returns. Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations which includes a uniformed professional appearance, professional attitude, polite and courteous representation. Perform all required operation documentation, logs and reports. Maintain and protect all company property entrusted to driver in excellent condition. Preform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards. Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations. Requirements: CDL Class B/C license. Solid understanding and compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and requirements. One or more years experience as a Class B or C licensed truck driver. Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times. Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situation/circumstances. Ability to lift 75 lbs when needed. Ability to push/pull up to 75 lbs. when needed. Ability to drive in city environments. Must participate in DOT required random drug screening. Ability to withstand prolonged sitting, driving and material handling operations. Ability to work in severe weather conditions; both heat and cold.

Quality Control Manager - Easton, PA
Duties: •Responsible for maximizing the customer’s experience with Phillips Feed & Pet Supply relating to service and product integrity. •Lead a team of positive focused individuals who are customer oriented, while enforcing the company’s policies and procedures. •Track and analyze product expiration dates •Oversee cycle counts •Track and analyze customer returns and credits •Track and analyze in-house damage and write-offs •Ensure accuracy of intercompany transfers •Ensure compliance and recalls •Be the point person for all customer service issue complaints •Investigate daily variance reports, track causes, recommend actions to improve •Work with Purchasing Department to quickly process all discontinued items •Work with transportation on process/procedures for handling customer returns •Work with Warehousing on new product slotting. •Follow-up on daily TOS and MIA’s-track causes, recommend actions to improve •Assist with all other assigned tasks. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 7 to 9 employees in the Quality Control Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Skills and Experience: •Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from 4-yr college or university; or 5 years related experience and/or training in Inventory or Customer Service; or equivalent combination of education and experience. •To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Internet; Warehouse Management software and Microsoft Office Suite. •Must be able to travel to remote distributions centers through the US.

Assisant Operations Manager - Easton, PA
Monday-Friday/8PM until shift is complete. Position reports to Night Operations Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Employee should be fully aware and understand the responsibilities and requirements of his/her job and that they may change to accommodate the future needs of our co-workers, customers and company. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. 1. Oversee all functions performed in the outbound warehouse operations during the night shift including order selection, quality control, loading and invoicing spending approximately 75% of time in the warehouse. 2. Provide consistent performance feedback and dedicate appropriate time to developing skills of supervisors and employees. 3. Manage to company goals to improve operations, productivity and efficiency while reducing warehouse inefficiencies, overtime and turnover. 4. Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, leading, coaching, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints and resolving problems and motivating employees. 5. Ensure warehouse safety and sanitation by maintaining and enforcing OSHA and safety compliance, and food safety standards. 6. Assist with implementing procedures and projects. 7. Communicate as need with customers, employees, and management in a timely and professional manner. 8. Assist with all other assigned tasks. Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages 4 - 6 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 90 - 120 employees in the Outbound Warehouse Operations. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Systems Developer - Easton, PA
SYSTEMS DEVELOPER Full- time, salary position Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM Location: Easton, Pennsylvania We are seeking a Systems Developer to join our Information Technology Department. Primary Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: - Design, develop and modify processes; document and implement functionality to support new or revised application requirements requested by users or management. - Support APLUS system and interfaces and provide support to users as needed. - Troubleshoot problems related to Free Format RPG iSeries programs and reports. Resolves in a timely manner, problems that arise with existing production applications. - Implement changes using established testing procedures and change control. - Perform daily operation and maintenance of iSeries. - Verify backups and perform end of day procedures on the iSeries. - Participates in internal IT department initiatives. - Be available for user assistance in an On Call rotation (24 x 7). Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 year IT related college degree plus 5 years iSeries experience. - Must be proficient in Free Format RPG (III,IV,ILE) DDS, CL and SQL programming techniques. - Excellent knowledge of IBM’s Client Access, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows XP, Windows 7. - Experience with Microsoft Server OS, Exchange, Cisco VOIP, Roadnet, EDI knowledge a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to break down complex issues. - Ability to work alone or in a coordinated team environment.

IT Operations and Support - Easton, PA
Full- time, salary position Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM Location: Easton, Pennsylvania Primary Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: • Run daily/weekly/monthly tasks utilizing the IBM iSeries and various Windows software. • Configuring and installing PC desktop and laptops and printers. • Troubleshoot network and PC hardware and software issues. • Logging all computer support calls, from initial call through resolution. • Scheduling and verification of system backups. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard system operating procedure manuals. • Maintain IT inventory. • Execute software applications to support the organization. • Provide periodic 24X7 emergency on call support. • Provide assistance to the other members of the IT Team.
